The Rabat Social Studies Institute (RSSI) is an independent Moroccan Think Tank established in 2011. The Institute designs and conducts research on issues related to the political, social and economic development in Morocco and in other MENA countries. The RSSI provides the decision-making community with independent analyses and innovative ideas on how to deal with some of the main challenges they are confronted with. Our team is composed of a group of interdisciplinary researchers who focus on a wide range of issues such as educational policies, youth, women and violence, migration and social inclusion, elections and political participation, social movements and institutional reforms. Our researchers combine both qualitative and quantitative methods and aim to strengthen the research capacity of students and junior researchers by providing them with trainings in research methods, policy analysis and policy writing.
