Dr. Steven Lichty is the Managing Partner of REAL Consulting in Nairobi. He has 25 years’ experience across Africa, Asia, Europe, and Latin America. He works with transformative foresight, organisational development, systems thinking, research, and evaluation. Steven has a PhD in African Studies and three master’s degrees, including an MPhil in Futures Studies. He is currently focused on the nexus of trauma-transformative foresight and global cognitive justice among subaltern populations.
