Oke is the founder and executive director of OrderPaper, Nigeria’s leading think-tank that deploys data and technology to bridge the gap between parliament, policy, and citizens. He is a member of the National Steering Committee of the Open Government Partnership (OGP) in Nigeria and convenor of the Nigeria Network of Parliamentary Monitoring Organisations (NNPMOs). He has designed and implemented policy reform projects funded by international development partners, including the defunct United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and the United Kingdom’s Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO). Oke has extensive advocacy experience in public finance management and natural resource governance. Versed in legislative strengthening, he is a member of the International Parliament Engagement Network (IPEN), among other professional and vocational organisations.
