Kate Vyborny is Associate Director of the DevLab at Duke and Research Associate in the Department of Economics at Duke University. She also serves as a visiting faculty member at the Lahore School of Economics and at the Lahore University of Management Sciences, and a Fellow of the Center for Economic Research in Pakistan and the Consortium for Development Policy Research in Pakistan. She holds a D.Phil. (Ph.D.) from the Department of Economics at the University of Oxford, where she studied as a Rhodes Scholar. Previously, she worked on research and policy outreach on foreign aid, trade and development at the Center for Global Development and the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace in Washington, DC.
