Henning Finseraas is Associate Professor at the Department of Sociology and Political Science of the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU). He received his PhD in Political Science from the NTNU in 2009. His research interests include political behavior, political economy, and evaluations of public policy. Currently he is working on research projects on voter and worker responses to immigration; the social and political integration of immigrants; and the effects of small group instruction in Mathematics for children in lower grades. He has also worked on field experiments on social contact theory in the Norwegian Army. His recent research often uses population-wide administrative data in a natural experiment framework. He has published in journals such as American Journal of Political Science, British Journal of Political Science, and Quarterly Journal of Political Science.
