Golnoosh Hakimdavar is an internationally recognized expert in rule of law, governance, and post-conflict reconstruction. At USAID, Golnoosh led Congressionally mandated programs in the Bureau for Conflict Prevention and Stabilization, where she oversaw the strategic implementation of programs in democratic governance and human rights in fragile and conflict-affected states. Golnoosh has two decades of experience working on rule of law and international human rights program evaluation and implementation. She has also been an academic as an associate professor of evaluation and methodology in law.
