Barbara Silva is a specialist in project and program management, strategy and design process and performance management. She received her bachelor´s in Business Management from UFRJ and her Executive MBA from COPPEAD Institute and recently she completed the 3rd sector Project Management specialization course from FGV/RJ.
Barbara has extensive experience in the creation, implementation and evaluation of complex projects for many companies like Petrobras, Vale and IBM and in the last 2 years she has worked with 3rd sector institutions on their administrative, finance and operational management process review.
