Louis has served as an Associate at Busara since March 2017. He has worked in a wide range of areas, including leading a large field RCT on deforestation in Uganda, and several finance projects. He is particularly interested in adapting systems to encourage pro-social behavior in the field of governance and health. He holds an MSc in Economics for Development from the University of Oxford, and has worked with the UN as a trade analyst.
