Gruber Associate Professor of Political Science at University of California, Berkeley and an Associate Professor of Public Policy at UC Berkeley\u2019s Goldman School of Public Policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"o-generic-links\">She holds a Ph.D. in Political Economics and an M.A. in Political Science from Stanford University; an MPA in International Development from Harvard University; an M.A. in Secondary Education from Loyola Marymount University; and a B.A. in Mathematics and Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Southern California. During the 2015-2016 academic year, she was\u00a0a\u00a0<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"http:\/\/www.hoover.org\/fellows\/category\/national-fellows\/2016\" target=\"_blank\">W.
