Evidence in Governance and Politics (EGAP) is seeking to add a small number of new researcher members to its network. Our goal is to continue to expand our network to include scholars with a diversity of backgrounds and perspectives. In this round, we are looking for researchers currently based at Global South institutions as well as scholars who identify as belonging to and/or whose research focuses on under-represented or marginalized groups in the Global North. Applicants must hold a PhD and a position at an academic institution. For scholars who meet these criteria, we will accept applications from across disciplines and will follow the general procedures described in our organization’s bylaws.
EGAP is a global research, evaluation, and learning network that promotes rigorous knowledge accumulation, innovation, and evidence-based policy in various governance and accountability domains. Individual researcher members of EGAP are researchers who have either achieved distinction or display great promise and interest in studying innovations in governance through the use of experimental trials and related methods. Applicants are expected to carry the same methodological interests.
