He is responsible for both internal and external strategy, and a portfolio of projects, primarily focused on research. Prior to joining Busara, Jang worked as an English teacher in the Czech Republic and an equities and derivatives trader in Los Angeles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"o-generic-links\">Jang completed a Postdoc at Princeton University in Psychology and Public Affairs, holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Hawai&#8217;i with specialization in Behavioral Economics and Development, and a bachelors in Managerial Economics from the University of California, Davis.
