Bram is professor at the Department of Political Sciences of the Ghent University. He is head of the Ghent Association for the Study of Parties and Representation (GASPAR). He is teaching a number of introductory and specialized courses in the master and bachelor ‘Public Management and Public Policy’ and in ‘Political Science’. His research interests include political representation, elections and political parties, with specific attention for diversity. He has recently published on these topics in journals such as Party Politics, Political Studies, Government & Opposition, Local Government Studies, Politics & Gender and Representation.
