Daniel Pemstein
Daniel Pemstein is an associate professor of political science at North Dakota State University. He is a comparative political economist and methodologist who specializes in measurement and builds statistical tools to answer substantive questions about political institutions, focusing particularly on the interplay between legislative behavior, political careers, and party organization. He also works extensively on measuring democratic institutions and am developing complementary research programs in digital politics and the political economy of development.
