Sean is a fifth year PhD student in public policy at Indiana University. His dissertation explores bureaucratic decision making through information processing. Specifically, he is interested in understanding how bureaucrats respond to and use performance information. He is also interested in national security issues and has another research program which looks at military Veterans employed in the public sector in the U.S.
