Ms. Pauser specializes in environmental and natural resource policy and economics, with a focus on transboundary water issues and the Middle East. Her educational background prior to entering the PhD program in Political Science at Syracuse University includes a BA in Anthropology from the University of California at Berkeley, and a Masters in Public Administration from the Maxwell School. She has conducted research under the prestigious Colleen and Robert Haas and David L. Boren Fellowships.
