Anna Petherick is a postdoctoral researcher in the School’s Building Integrity Programme. She also leads seminars for the MPP Politics of Policymaking course. Anna’s DPhil at Oxford University focused on the impact of revelations of incumbent corruption on women’s representation in local government. This research used various quantitative techniques, as well as case study work from Brazil. While completing her DPhil, Anna taught statistics to second-year PPE students and tutored Brazilian politics.
